IT Desktop Support Intern

Assist the IT team in providing technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), laptop support, database management, and software issues. Work closely with the team to address local user needs and develop communication skills for policy writing and interaction with U.S.-based contacts. Gain hands-on experience in system analysis and IT desktop support, contributing to smooth IT operations under supervision.

Roles y Responsabilidades


  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint, by resolving basic issues and troubleshooting.
  •  Provide laptop setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for local users.
  •  Assist with database management and provide support for software installation, updates, and problem-solving.
  •  Draft and communicate IT policies and updates for users, ensuring clarity and adherence to standards.
  •  Maintain effective communication with U.S.-based contacts to resolve issues and coordinate support.
  •  Contribute to local office support on-site three days a week, ensuring a seamless IT experience for end users.

Educación / Experiencia


  • 0 - 2 years in IT support or a similar role.
  • Advanced student in System Analysis, IT, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Organize daily tasks, prioritize assignments, and maintain reliable support for users.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, basic database management, and familiarity with IT desktop support.
  • Strong verbal and written skills, especially for policy writing and professional interaction with U.S.-based colleagues.
  • Spanish: Native Speaker, English: English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level.
